If you are an OSCC speaker (presenters & co-presenters) and have yet to attend a prior orientation, please plan to attend this Speaker Orientation session to practice connecting to the conference grid and get added to speaker access groups, test Skype connection and microphone, receive your 2017 speaker HUD tool and walk through using this slide presentation system and troubleshoot any issues with your media, slides, or other presentation materials, and to answer any questions you may have. You will also be able to set up your presenter poster booth!
For the best test run through of your presentation, you should have your OpenSImulator viewer and Skype already installed and set up on your machine, as well as a headset/microphone, and test slide images or media types you plan to use in your presentation.
If you have yet to attend a Speaker Orientation, and this time is not convenient, please email opensim@avacon.org to schedule time to meet before Thursday, December 7, 2017!
We will meet on the OpenSImulator Community Conference grid in the OSCC Keynote 1 region. You can view the OSCC conference grid map at http://cc.opensimulator.org/map/.
