OpenSimulator Community Conference 2017 

The OpenSimulator Community Conference is an annual conference that focuses on the developer and user community creating the OpenSimulator software. Organized as a joint production by Core Developers of OpenSimulator and AvaCon, the virtual conference features presentations, workshops, keynote sessions, and social events across diverse sectors of the OpenSimulator user base.

Masafumi used to be Core Contributor for OpenSolaris lead porting Laptop project and join OpenSolaris installer (Caiman) project.He is now the pre-sales engineer for automotive customers mainly responsible for researching and introducing new technologies. OpenStack is the one he is looking into many issues on it to support customers’ OpenStack system reading some of the OpenStack project codes and checking/solve the issue.Now he is looking into peculiar use in OpenStack, GPGPU on OpenStack is one of his work and he is now collaborating with Nvidia and some other companies to be one of the projects in OpenStack community. Masafumi often presents global OSS event. He has presented 'OpenSolaris on Eee PC' at Sun CommunityOne West 2009 in San Francisco, 'Getting Started! with your Raspberry Pi' at Linuxcon Japan 2014, 'Getting Started! with New Raspberry Pi' at Linuxcon Japan 2015 and etc.
